We use OEM or manufacturer parts only to ensure your appliance parts are warrantied. On rare occasions, parts are in back order, our technician will advise you promptly the status of your order.

What is the timeframe of my appointment?

Our technician will give you a call 30 minutes prior to his arrival. The timeframe between calls is 2 to 3 hours given that some repairs take longer than others. However, if calls are completed earlier, you will receive a call to verify if an earlier time is convenient to you.
